Computer-eyez was started in 2005 by James Batchelor and Simon Smyth to fill a much needed gap in quality IT support along the south coast. Very quickly we grew our range of services, employees and our reach. Our first goal was to have a quality helpdesk available which we achieved very quickly. The helpdesk is still our main focus for all the IT services we supply and the feedback from clients is amazing; the staff take ownership of all IT related issues and go above and beyond every time. It sounds like a cliché, but they really do want to put you at ease and resolve those IT challenges.
We were one of the first IT companies in the south east to become a Managed Service Provider – MSP. We changed our business model to a proactive ‘all you can eat’ service that includes unlimited support and preventative support through innovate software all paid on a low, easy to budget monthly cost. These days, other suppliers have adopted this model, but not many adopt the principles of taking ownership of all IT issues.
Over time, we have added new services such as Telephone systems, Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) solutions, Web hosting, Office 365 and adopted private and public cloud services.
